Job Crafting Workshop is given as a 2-hour training both individually and in groups. The workshop will help participants discover how to be more connected to what they do and how they can see their work more meaningfully, regardless of what they do.
INSTRUCTOR:
Task crafting, which includes formations related to the task, refers to reorganizing the activities related to the task. Adding new tasks other than those in the job description, spending more time on meaningful tasks, and simplifying or reshaping particularly challenging tasks are cited as examples of task crafting.
Relational crafting is the shaping made for the stakeholders that interact in the workplace. There are different ways of shaping one's relationships in order to find more meaning in their work. Employees involved in relational crafting establish relationships in which they feel more useful and more important to their work.
Unlike task and relational crafting, cognitive crafting does not involve a physical change or shaping. The concept refers to a holistic perception of the person to communicate with the employee, the way a task is performed or the whole job. Cognitive crafting is a mental activity that is related to how a person sees his job, contributes to the working life and makes his work and himself valuable.
