Business life with rapid changes, while invalidating fixed leadership approaches, needs leaders and leader behaviours who can better understand and analyse these changes. Mindful Leadership, which increases personal and environmental awareness, keeps one's attention at the highest level, activates working memory and improves emotional intelligence. With increased change awareness, the leader can better focus on the goals of the institution and its stakeholders and make more effective decisions. With Mindful Leadership, emotional development is provided as well as cognitive development. Thus, it will be possible to meet more leaders who have reduced emotional reactivity, who are free from repetitive negative thoughts, who can keep their stress under control and reflect this in their communication with other stakeholders.
Mindful Leaders with high-level cognitive and emotional reality can be said to be inspiring, authentic, compassionate, honest, reliable, generous, open and transparent. Mindful Leaders, who create a strong sense of ethics and security in the eyes of employees with the decisions they take and the steps they take, are observed to have positive contributions that affect corporate performance such as expanded authority devolution, encouraging learning, increasing job satisfaction and corporate trust and belonging.
Mindful Leadership Development Program is a leadership development program that includes theoretical scientific studies and evidence-based current practical applications. Program is designed to develop the Mindful Leadership skills of middle and senior managers and includes a total of 18-hour training curriculum.
Trainings will be given as interactive and live broadcasts on Zoom. In order to be able to watch the live broadcast, which you could not attend, a recording will be made if the consent of all participants is obtained.
