When we are able to create a value-based relationship between the employee and the organization, we encounter employees who can reflect the satisfaction and happiness in their private lives and the institutions that get the highest efficiency from their happy and peaceful employees. A complete win-win approach. So, as employees, can we always encounter this ideal situation? Of course not! Therefore, we must learn to create the most ideal mental, emotional and physical situation for us and reflect the gains of this process to our business and private lives.
In this context, we need to see our work as meaningful and even see our life purpose meaningful when viewed from a larger perspective. This is about discovering our abilities, potential, limits, likes and dislikes, communication habits, mental patterns, emotions, our bodies, in short ourselves. Undoubtedly, every individual who can discover himself / herself and increase his / her awareness about the roles he / she plays in his / her business and private life will be able to manage the work-life balance effectively.
If we do not find meaning in what we do, if we cannot integrate our personal values into our work, neither our position nor the money we earn can satisfy us at the end of the day and we do not like the work we do in the long term. The next step is burnout, unhappiness and shaken work-life balance welcoming us.
We explore the answers to these questions together in the 4-week Craft Your Mind & Life (CYML): Mindfulness Based Work-Life Balance Program. CYML Program enables us to shape our business and private life with the meticulousness of a craftsperson, primarily by providing the opportunity to explore our mind. The main purpose of the program is; to provide individuals with the skills of being craftsmen of their own lives and to strengthen their work-life balance.
Trainings will be given as interactive and live broadcasts on Zoom. In order to be able to watch the live broadcast, which you could not attend, a recording will be made if the consent of all participants is obtained.
